Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance (Amendment) Regulations 2024
The Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations were extended in April and additional reporting requirements introduced. As part of this work the Department for Business and Trade is refreshing the online service and currently working on updates to accommodate the new reporting requirements coming into effect on 1 January 2025.
Participants (who are required to report under these regulations) are sought to test a prototype of the new features and improvements and provide feedback. Real data about payment practices is not required. Any feedback given will be anonymous and will not be attributed to any individual or business.
A consent form is available to register interest. Research is expected to take place during December.
