Planning Consultations

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has launched two consultations in relation to planning issues.

1 Strengthening Planning Policy for Brownfield Development

A consultation on changes to national planning policy to support brownfield development and reviewing the threshold for referral of applications to the Mayor of London.

2 Changes to Permitted Development Rights

This consultation contains proposed changes to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as amended.
