Equal Representation in Adjudication Pledge and Women in Adjudication

Two initiatives will be launched on 28 February – The Equal Representation in Adjudication and Women in Adjudication – aimed at increasing the number of women acting as Adjudicators over the next three years.

The Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King’s College London (working in collaboration with The Adjudication Society) produced the report ‘2022 Construction Adjudication in the United Kingdom: Tracing trends and guiding reform’ which found that only 7.88% of Adjudicators are women. The Centre and the Adjudication Society are committed to improving this statistic as a first step to increasing diversity in construction adjudication more generally.

Attendees will be invited to sign the Pledge and join Women in Adjudication. Further details and registration can be found here.
