Published in December 2020, the Construction Playbook sets out key policies and guidance for how public works projects and programmes are assessed, procured and delivered. It has been developed in partnership with industry and is supported by the Construction Leadership Council. As part of the CLC’s commitment to support the rollout of the Playbook, it has developed a series of webinars that cover the document’s key priorities.
