Make Work Pay: Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations Call for Evidence
The Government has launched a call for evidence on the 2014 Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) Regulations.
The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) provide protections for employees that are moved between or within companies and other organisations. The TUPE Regulations also provide structure for businesses going through merger and acquisition processes for how to manage staff transfers.

Make Work Pay: draft code of practice on trade union right of access
The Government are seeking views on a draft code of practice on the new legal framework for trade unions’ access to workplaces.
The government is introducing a new statutory code of practice to support the new legal framework for trade unions and employers when negotiating trade unions’ access into workplaces.
