Code for Construction Product Information

In response to Dame Judith Hackitt’s 2018 report Building A Safer Future, the Construction Products Association (CPA) established the Marketing Integrity Group (MIG) to address the issues raised, and to stand up to the credibility challenge facing the construction industry following the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017.

The Group has published their second report Construction Product Information: Better Data, Safer Building. This includes an introduction to the proposed new Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) and forthcoming consultation expected to launch on 1st February 2021.
