Important information for current customers
We were aware that current customers of these companies were issued with a cancellation notice on the 2 – 3 November 2025 which included a link to access documentation.
On the 25 November it was brought to our attention that these links would expire on 30 November 2025, not 31 January 2026 (as had been set out previously).
This situation has now been resolved, and the links will continue to work until the 31 January 2026.
