The Construction Leadership Council has published its findings of the second pan-industry Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) survey of over 650 firms today.
The survey shows firms are facing many of the same challenges as were highlighted by the initial survey. These include difficulties in being able to obtain the PI insurance needed due to continued restrictions and rises in premiums, which are preventing companies taking on projects and could delay essential building safety work.
