The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government is seeking views on proposed regulations to implement time-limited relief from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to support housebuilding in London.
Specifically, this consultation seeks views on the proposed regulations amending the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended) to introduce a new, time-limited relief from borough level CIL for qualifying developments in Greater London.
