National Procurement Policy Statement

The Procurement Act 2023 aims to create a simpler and more transparent regime for public sector procurement that will deliver better value for money, and reduce costs for business and the public sector. The National Procurement Policy Statement (NPPS) is a statutory statement which allows the Government to set and communicate the wider policy objectives to which it expects public procurement to contribute.

The Cabinet Office has opened a short stakeholder survey to inform development of a new NPPS. Further details including the survey link can be found here. The survey will close on Monday, 4 November 2024 at midday.
