The UK government has responded to the recommendations from the Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) study into housebuilding.
The CMA completed a year long market study into housebuilding in England, Wales and Scotland with the publication of their final report on 26 February 2024.
The Government has published a response to the eleven recommendations.
